    Digital product orders (such as fonts, e-learning, etc.) will be sent via email within one business day of your purchase. If you haven't received your download within 24 hours, please reach out to us at silktypefoundry@gmail.com.

    Due to the digital nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds for font or other digital product purchases. If you encounter issues with an incorrect license or face other problems, we will handle refunds or provide store credit on a case-by-case basis (contact us at silktypefoundry@gmail.com).

    All physical orders will be processed within 5 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. We will notify you once your order has been shipped.

    As our physical products are created through print-on-demand, some items may become unavailable after purchase. If this occurs, a full refund for your purchase will be issued.

    Shipping Rates and Estimates (Domestic and International): Shipping costs for your order will be calculated and presented during the checkout process.

    How can I check my order's status? Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email notification with a tracking number. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to be accessible. If you haven't received your order within 5 days after receiving the shipping confirmation email, please contact us at silktypefoundry@gmail.com with your name and order number so we can assist you.

    Refunds, Returns, and Exchanges: For physical items, we accept returns within 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and remains in its original condition. We will refund the total order amount, excluding the shipping costs for the return.

    If your order arrives damaged, please email us promptly at silktypefoundry@gmail.com with your order number and a photo depicting the item's condition. We handle such cases individually and strive to find a satisfactory solution.
